Prior to joining Orijin, Laurie served as the leader of Operations and IT for Achievement First, a charter management organization spanning 32 schools across New York, Rhode Island, and Connecticut, where she built robust systems to support thousands of students and educators. She also founded and led an IT support business dedicated to serving K-12 schools and small businesses, honing her ability to translate complex technical challenges into practical, mission-driven solutions.
