Learner Location History in the Admin Portal

  • When viewing a Learner Profile, Facility Administrators will be able to see a new “Location History” tab listing all of the locations with which a user has been associated.
    • The learner’s most recent location appears at the top, with a status indicator of “ACTIVE” or “DEACTIVATED”- representing the learner’s account status.
    • Any former locations for the learner will be represented in lower rows, with start and end dates marking the time span in which the learner was in that location, and a status indicator of “MOVED” to clarify that the learner has since been relocated.
  • Note that this new Location History interface is intended to complement an upcoming change to Location & User Management, in which the “Learners” table for a particular location will no longer list learners who have been moved to a new location as at “inactive” this former location. More detail to come soon!

Miscellaneous Enhancements & Bug Fixes

  • At locations using the Incentive Engine, learners will be able to view their current token count while the Entertainment Center is closed (according to the location’s Entertainment Center schedule).
  • We fixed an issue that prevented line breaks within Messages and Announcements composed by admins from displaying correctly in the Learner Portal.
  • We fixed an issue where admins with the “Messaging Only” role could not be found during staff search for messaging relationship creation in the Admin Portal.
  • We updated the appearance of the page that appears when a user’s Admin Portal or Learner Portal session has expired, to align with the Orijin brand identity.
  • References to the learner “Transcript” in the Learner Portal have been updated to “Completion Report”, to better represent the contents of that document.
